If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase on line, we are happy to provide a refund or credit note if the goods are returned to us in original condition and packaging within 7 days.  Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable.

Special Offers
Our online special offers are subject to stock availability while stock lasts. We will notify you if the product is out of stock or sold out.

Payment
Ordering online at My Room is quick, easy and secure.  We accept Mastercard and Visa as well as Cheques or direct credit to our bank account, please call us for details.  You can mail us at My Room, PO Box 101 485, NSMC, Auckland (please write your name and order number on the reverse of your cheques.)  We will dispatch your order once your cheque has been cleared.

Delivery Times
My Room is committed to delivering your goods to you as promptly as possible.  Your order will be dispatched from our Auckland warehouse within 10 working days of receipt of your order.
If however  we are out of stock we will notify you with an estimated delivery time.

Freight Charges
Delivery is only within New Zealand. There will be a delivery charge added to your credit card as follows:
Auckland local delivery $5.00
Rest of North Island $10.00
SouthIsland$15.00                                                                                                                              Rural Delivery add an extra $6.00

Furniture & large orders will incur extra freight, we will advise you of cost before despatch.

Currency
All prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$) and include GST.
